| Will Raiser's Edge still be the software used by Alumni Development? |
| Yes, when the systems go live, but the integration between Raiser’s Edge and the central systems will be more complete than in the past. The new SAP systems do offer some additional functionality that may be very helpful to Alumni Development in the future. |
| Will the same system be used for the registration of undergraduates and graduates? |
| Yes. |
| What number will be used within SAP to identify a student to replace the Social Security Number (SSN)? What if the student can not remember the number? |
| Every student will be assigned a 10 digit SAP ID. The SSN will continue to be maintained within the system. Student records can be searched by the SSN, Name and SAP ID. |
| Will there be a notes or memo area for student records where a historical record of conversation/direction can be input? |
| Yes. There will be multiple note types that an advisor or anyone with the proper security can add to or view. |
