Sustain: The sixth and final phase of the SAP implementation lifecycle.
The purpose of this phase is to ensure that a framework is in
place to sustain and improve the performance of the SAP system
beyond go live. During Sustain Phase, the system is
continuously monitored to evaluate if it is meeting its
performance objectives. Further improvements and add-on work
may also be part of this phase. |
