G/L: General Ledger |

G/L (General Ledger) Account:
A structure that records values and represents assets,
liabilities, revenues, expenses, and fund balances. A G/L
account has transaction figures that record changes to the
account during a posting period. These figures are used for
financial reporting. SAP Example: Land - 180010, Accounts
Payable - 200001, Faculty Salary - 503005 |

GM: The Grants Management application in SAP. This is
the component of Public Sector Management (PSM) developed to
account for grants from government and other bodies for the
purpose of, for example, commercial or scientific research. |

Go Live: The fifth phase of the ASAP Roadmap; denotes the time when the
new system is officially made operational. The emphasis is on
production support for end-users and for optimal system
performance. Live business process results are validated and
project review takes place. |
